It is important for all individuals to keep Aadhar Card updated. It is very important for the name, address and date of birth to be correct in the Aadhar card. It should be kept in mind that the date of birth can be changed only once. If a person is below 18 years of age then the date of birth will change on the basis of birth certificate only. Now SSLC books or passport cannot be used for this. But those who are above 18 years of age can change the date of birth using SSLC books.
