New Delhi. The SIT has filed a 2500 -page charge sheet against Haryana’s Utubar Jyoti Malhotra, arrested in spying for Pakistan. According to the charge sheet, Jyoti was being used as a tool kit for Pakistan and was in touch with Pakistani agents. In this charge sheet, the police have claimed that Jyoti has given confidential information related to India to Pakistani agents. Jyoti’s foreign visits have also been mentioned in this and it has been alleged that Jyoti was given economic benefit in lieu of leaking confidential information.
Jyoti had good contacts with Danish Ali posted at Pakistan High Commission in India. Apart from this, Jyoti’s ISI agents Shakir, Hasan Ali also talked to Nasir Dhillon. Jyoti once also went to Pakistan, where she had received VVIP treatment, was held at a luxurious hotel and got the protection of a guard equipped with AK-47. Jyoti, originally from Hisar, used to run her YouTube channel named ‘Travel with Joe’. He was arrested on 16 May 2025.
During a visit to Pakistan, Danish had met Jyoti’s Jyoti with ISI agents. According to the police, Jyoti was then in touch with ISI agents through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram. He gave many information related to India to these people. At his behest, Jyoti also posted posts with positive image of Pakistan on social media. A day before Jyoti’s arrest, the Central Government had ordered Danish to leave India. Such information was also revealed that Jyoti has also gone to Indonesia with Danish. However, Jyoti’s father says that her daughter is innocent and has been implicated in false charges.
