Patna. Bihar assembly elections are due in October-November this year. Earlier, there is a round of discussion and speculation about all political parties. Chirag Paswan dismissed speculation that if the NDA won the Bihar assembly elections, he could claim claim for the post of CM. In Patna, LJP-Ramvilas President and Union Minister Chirag Paswan clearly said that Nitish Kumar will become CM next time in Bihar. Chirag Paswan said that Nitish Kumar is going to get the chair of Bihar CM next time with the support of more MLAs. Chirag Paswan said that many Union ministers have contested assembly elections before. He said that the Central Parliamentary Board of LJP will decide whether they will contest elections and if they contest, then from which seat will they contest.
On the other hand, the ruling NDA in Bihar was quoted by sources on Saturday as saying that the seat -sharing of seats in its constituents for the Bihar assembly elections is expected to be like the Lok Sabha elections. At the same time, the patron of Hindustani Awam Morcha and Union Minister Jeetan Ram Manjhi, who was in the NDA, denied these reports. Jitan Ram Manjhi in Patna said that there was no discussion in the NDA on the seat sharing. He said that after discussion till July, the seat sharing will be decided in August. He said that the NDA is preparing to win all 243 seats in the Bihar Legislative Assembly.
JDU President Nitish Kumar is running the government in collaboration with BJP, LJP and Hindustani Awam Morcha in Bihar. Nitish Kumar had gone with the RJD and Congress alliance in the middle, but soon he avoided. Chirag Paswan once continued to oppose Nitish Kumar’s government, but now it seems that there has been harmony between Chirag and Nitish. This can also make it easier for Bihar assembly elections to share seats in NDA constituents. However, it has been reported earlier that Jitan Ram Manjhi wants more seats, but he himself did not give any such statement.
