The party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh expressed satisfaction over the court’s decision, calling it a victory of truth. He said that dictatorship will not work in democracy and this decision of the court has strengthened the power of truth. MP Sanjay Singh said in his X post, “In democracy, the dictator has to bow down. What is needed is that there should be someone to make him bow down. Democracy will not work with dictatorship. Dictators bow down, but there should be someone to fight them. Modi’s tyrannical rule could not break the spirits of Arvind Kejriwal. The jail locks broke.”
He further said, “The mountain of lies is falling and the false cases filed by ED, CBI and BJP have been exposed. Satyameva Jayate!”

‘The alleged liquor scam is a conspiracy of the BJP’
AAP MP Sanjay Singh has claimed on several occasions that the Delhi Excise Policy case is a conspiracy hatched by the BJP. He says that investigating agencies like ED and CBI do not have any concrete evidence in this case. Sanjay Singh said, “This fake case has been prepared only to tarnish the image of AAP and defame the party leaders.”

After getting bail, CM Arvind Kejriwal will also campaign for the party candidate in the Haryana assembly elections. Earlier, Manish Sisodia had also said that the people of Haryana will give a befitting reply to the conspiracy being hatched against AAP.
