At the time of Delhi elections, the BJP had expressed apprehension that the CAG report has given information about such scams, due to which Arvind Kejriwal and then after him, Atishi, Atishi, did not put it on the table of the assembly. The Delhi High Court also reprimanded the then government of the Aam Aadmi Party for not presenting the CAG report in the Delhi Assembly. Overall, the first battle ground between CM Rekha Gupta and Leader of Opposition Atishi in Delhi Assembly seems to be ready. BJP has 48 MLAs in the Delhi Assembly and 22 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs.
