New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended the 42nd conference of UP Judicial Service Association today. During this, the CM announced to provide a corpus fund of Rs 50 crore to the Judicial Services Association and said that the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service Association has achieved many achievements in this history of 102 years. Prime Minister Modi has associated the countrymen with the resolve of a developed India. To start a developed India, we have to start work from our unit. If we are working in the state, then the developed Uttar Pradesh of developed India will be formed. If we are working in the district, then the developed district of developed Uttar Pradesh will be made. Yogi further said that justice should be easy and quick. If we have to achieve the goal of good governance, then we have to make justice smooth and quick.
The Chief Minister said that this session is being held at a time when we are celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav year of the implementation of the Constitution of India. The judiciary has a major role for any state to present his perception as a belief in the public. The Chief Minister said that in 10 districts, our government has given its theoretical approval for the Integrated Court Complex. At the same time, keeping in mind the requirements of Poxo Court, Fast Track Court and other courts, we have also completed the formation of 381 courts.

The Chief Minister further said that the government also discharge its role in making the judicial system more smooth and quick. Yogi said, within a year, the three new laws that came into force from 1 July 2024 have now been proved that those laws are not now based on punishment, but are successfully moving forward in furthering the foundation of India’s judiciary on the strong system of justice. These judicial systems and a strong building of India’s democracy are going to prove to be a milestone.
