Communal politics of mainstream parties root out all problems: Kejriwal

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal said on Tuesday that Hindu-Muslim politics, which has been done by mainstream parties for the last 75 years, is the root of all problems in the country.

Addressing the program organized on the occasion of the inauguration of the party’s student branch Association of Students for Alternative Politics (ASAP), the former Chief Minister of Delhi accused the current Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government of destroying Delhi’s education system.

He said, “Our country is struggling with many problems. People do not have access to food or education. Why is this happening? This is because BJP, Congress and other parties have been involved in politics only in the last 75 years.

He said, “These parties are teaching our school children only about Hindu-Muslim … It is the root cause of problems in our country.” Regarding ASAP, he said that under this forum, students cultural groups will be formed in colleges across the country.

Kejriwal said that AAP has proved that elections can be fought with full honesty. He also targeted the BJP government of Delhi for long -term power cuts in the national capital.

He said, “Nowadays electricity is cut in Delhi for three to four hours, which did not happen earlier. Within three months, he (BJP) has started ruining education in Delhi.

He said, “You did not allow private school mafia to increase fees during your 10 -year tenure.”
