The case was registered on Computer Baba on 12 November 2020 on the report of the secretary of a gram panchayat of Gandhi Nagar police station area of ​​Indore. This secretary belongs to the scheduled caste category.

In the FIR lodged by the Gram Panchayat Secretary, it was alleged that Computer Baba used caste-based words on November 8, 2020, abusing, assaulting and abusing him when he went to remove the illegal occupation of a religious leader on a community building.

During the testimony in a special court of cases of Scheduled Caste-Tribe Atrocities Prevention Act, the Gram Panchayat Secretary was overturned by his original statement to the police.

During the hearing of the case in the court, Computer Baba denied all the allegations and said that “he is innocent and was implicated on a political basis in a false case.”

Computer Baba’s real name is Namdev Das Tyagi. He was awarded the status of Minister of State, including the previous governments of BJP and Congress in the state.
