Who will be the Chief Minister’s face of the grand alliance in Bihar assembly elections? The Congress has cleared the picture regarding this.Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar said on Friday that there is no confusion and controversy over the ‘Grand Alliance’ being the chief face of Tejashwi Yadav for the post of Chief Minister in Bihar as the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader will naturally be the Chief Minister as the largest constituent party when the opposition coalition won in the assembly elections.
Kanhaiya Kumar said that issues are important in the election, but under a ‘conspiracy’, they are being repeatedly talked about to distract attention from them.
Kumar said in an interview to news agency PTI, “There was an atmosphere of change last time with my thoughts. The Grand Alliance government could not be formed by a small margin. From the situation of Bihar for the last five years, it seems that the wind of change is stronger than before.
Let us know that Bihar assembly elections are likely to be held in October-November this year.
In the last assembly election, RJD, the largest component of the Grand Alliance, contested 144 seats and won 75 seats at a success rate of 52 percent. The Congress contested 70 seats, but was successful in 27 percent seats and won only 19 seats. The CPI (Male) Liberation contested 19 seats and won 12 i.e. it was successful in 63 percent seats.
Kanhaiya Kumar claimed that BJP is trying to bring his face to this post by removing Nitish Kumar from the post of Chief Minister. He said, “It is not that he is trying this when Nitish ji is unwell.” He has also tried before. The BJP wants to do the same in Bihar for the last several decades. Meaning first hold the regional party and then slowly swallow it. Due to not doing so in Bihar, BJP was forced to take Nitish. ”
