Meeting of leaders of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee under the leadership of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge
The Congress leadership held a meeting with its senior leaders of Assam on Thursday, in which the strategy for the next year’s assembly elections was discussed in detail. The meeting was attended by party president Mallikarjun Kharge and former president Rahul Gandhi along with party state in -charge Jitendra Singh, State Congress Committee President Bhupen Bora, Lok Sabha member Gaurav Gogoi and several other leaders of the state. The meeting, especially in the meeting, was resolved to compete with the ruling BJP unitedly.

This meeting was discussed with the strategy of the upcoming Assam assembly elections.” He claimed, “It was also kept in the meeting that the Chief Minister of Assam is selling to the state, mafiyagiri and running ‘syndicate’, which causes the people of Assam to suffer a lot.” According to Singh, in the meeting, it was further decided that Congress President Kharge, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi will visit Assam and have rallies and they will claim that the BJP and its Chief Minister are in the Assam, while the Congress is very furious in Assam, while the Congress is very furious.
