The Congress on Thursday questioned the latest statement of US President Donald Trump as to what the “silence” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi meant.
US President Trump has again claimed that he has resolved the recent military tension between India and Pakistan through a trade agreement.
He claimed this during a meeting with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Wednesday at the White House.
Pawan Kheda, the head of the Congress media department, posted on the social media platform ‘X’, “This is the 8th time when President Trump claimed that he has stopped Operation Sindoor. He claimed that he resorted to business for a break on Operation Sindoor from India.”
He said that Prime Minister Modi has not rejected this claim even once.
Kheda questioned what is the meaning of this silence?
