New Delhi. After being proved in the check bounce case, the guilty and his lawyer openly threatened the woman and used abusive words from them. The guilty person threatened the female judge and said, “You are what you see outside, how does it go home alive.” The incident took place on 2 April from a Delhi court. Not only this, due to non -pronounced decision in his favor, the accused became so angry that he tried to hurt the judge by throwing something. The guilty person told his lawyer to do whatever he has to do to get a decision in his favor.

According to the Bar and Bench, Judicial Magistrate Shivangi Mangla convicted the accused for a punishable offense under Section 138 (Czech disrespect) and directed him to submit a bail bond under Section 437A CRPC on the date of next hearing. Judge Mangla has registered in his order that after the sentence was pronounced, the accused and his lawyer not only tortured mentally and physically but also pressurized him to resign from his post. He demanded to acquit the accused and threatened to file a complaint against the judge for not doing so and forcibly take his resignation.

The woman judge said that appropriate action would be taken by the National Commission for Women against the accused for threatening and harassment. At the same time, the judge has also issued a show cause notice to the convict’s lawyer Atul Kumar. In this notice, an explanation was sought from the lawyer as to why criminal contempt action should be taken against him to misbehave with the judge? The lawyer has been directed to be presented with his reply on the next hearing date.
