Notice sent to YSR Congress and Left Front also
Let me tell you that earlier the Muslim organization has opposed Nitish’s iftar on the issue of Waqf, but today Nitish’s party has been invited. Along with them, an invitation has been sent to the Rashtriya Janata Dal, Congress and Lok Janshakti Party as well as TDP, YSR Congress and Left Front parties to join Halbol. AIMPLB is trying to raise more and more support against the Waqf Amendment Bill and prevent it from passing in Parliament.
BJP run ‘Saugat-e-Modi’ bet
While the AIMPLB is an attack on the central government by making Waqf amendments an issue, the BJP has taken a new initiative to win the trust of Muslims. The BJP has started a campaign to deliver the gifts of food items of poor Muslims on the occasion of Eid by running the Saugat-e-Modi campaign. BJP Minority Cell workers are delivering this kit to 32 lakh poor Muslim families across the country. This kit has a suit cloth for women and kurta pajamas for men from things like sevaiyan, dates, dry fruits, sugar, gram flour and ghee.
Opposition parties restless due to BJP’s initiative
The ‘Saugat-e-Modi’ campaign has started from Delhi. This is the first time that this kind of equality is being given by BJP on Eid. BJP leaders are saying that their party goes on step by step with minorities. At the same time, this initiative of the BJP is anxious among the opposing parties and they are calling it an exercise to woo the vote bank. Opponents of BJP are calling it political bets, but the Muslim religion gurus are calling it a good initiative to get close to the people. The BJP has started a campaign to deliver this kit to 32 lakh families across the country, which will continue till Eid.
