Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that his government has given countless benefits to the people by taking advantage of the power of technology during its 11 -year tenure.
Modi said on ‘X’, “With the help of the youth of India, we are making remarkable progress in the application of innovation and technology. This is also strengthening our efforts to become self -sufficient and global technology superpower. ”
The Prime Minister said that the use of technology has greatly promoted service and transparency. In addition, technology has become a means of empowering the lives of the poorest of the poor.
A series of posts issued from the government’s handle and underlined by the Prime Minister stated that India has ensured large -scale transparency through direct benefit transfer (DBT), stating that more than Rs 44 lakh crore was deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries of more than 322 schemes regulated by 56 ministries.
