New Delhi. Voting preparations for the assembly elections in Delhi have been completed. The voting will start from 7 am tomorrow and will run till 6 pm. Police, administration and Election Commission are gearing up for peaceful and fair elections. Security forces have been deployed from place to place and CCTV is also being monitored. Police officers are also taking out a flag march in different areas. Special CP of Delhi Police Crime Branch and Devesh Chandra Srivastava said that comprehensive preparations have been made for the election as per the instructions of the Election Commission. Election was being arranged before the ideal code of conduct was implemented.

East Delhi DM Amol Srivastava said, today is very important for us. The standard operation process of the Election Commission is being followed well. We are coordinated with MCD and almost all polling stations have been prepared. I hope that according to the steps being taken for the public’s convenience, a large number of people will come and exercise their franchise. My appeal to the public is that the festival festival comes once in 5 years and the people of Delhi have got a chance to choose their government, take full advantage of this opportunity and vote.

DCP Abhishek Dhania of East Delhi said that we have been preparing for the voting to be held tomorrow for the last two months. Currently, about 2,500 personnel of Delhi Police are deployed at different places for duty. Additionally, we have 500 home guards from various states as well as home guards of Delhi Police. At the same time, DM Kinney Singh of West Delhi said, all the preparations for voting in a fair manner are complete, all polling parties have been explained and the facilities of voters will be taken care of.
