New Delhi. Voting for assembly elections is going on in Delhi, 19.95 percent voting has been done till 11 am. Jaishankar, former CM Arvind Kejriwal, former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, VVIPs are also casting their votes by casting them at the polling booth.
