New Delhi. BJP MLAs may meet today for the formation of government in Delhi. Earlier on Saturday, BJP national president JP Nadda held a meeting with Home Minister Amit Shah and Organization General Secretary BL Santosh. Now the name of the CM of Delhi will be decided in the meeting of BJP Legislature Party. The name will then be sent to the central leadership of the BJP. The CM and other ministers will be sworn in in Delhi after the central leadership was approved. The swearing in of the BJP government in Delhi is being reported to be on February 19.

Many names are discussed in the race for the post of CM of Delhi. Among them, Pravesh Verma, son of former CM Sahib Singh Verma and defeating Arvind Kejriwal from New Delhi seat, is also named. Apart from Pravesh Verma, the names of Vijender Gupta, Mohan Singh Bisht and Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who have been elected for a long time, are also in the discussion for the post of CM of Delhi. The name of Rekha Gupta, who became an MLA from Delhi, is also being told in the Delhi CM race. Now everyone’s eyes are on whom the BJP MLA of Delhi chooses his leader.

The BJP won 48 seats in the Delhi assembly elections. At the same time, Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party, who has been in power for 10 consecutive years, could get only 22 seats. The leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party like Arvind Kejriwal, number two Manish Sisodia, ministers Satyendra Jain and Saurabh Bhardwaj lost the Delhi Assembly elections. Among the veteran leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party won in Delhi, Atishi, who was CM and Gopal Rai, who was the minister. The results of the Delhi assembly elections came on 8 February. After this, on February 12, PM Narendra Modi visited France and America. Due to this, the BJP government has not been formed till now.
