New Delhi. The controversy regarding the Chief Minister’s residence in Delhi has deepened. Along with sealing the Chief Minister’s residence located at 6 Flag Staff Road, the PWD Department has also put a double lock on the gate. Along with this, notice has been issued by PWD Department to Vigilance Department and former Special Secretary of Arvind Kejriwal. Actually, when Kejriwal vacated this bungalow, there was a dispute going on between the PWD department and the Aam Aadmi Party regarding its handover. Aam Aadmi Party alleges that PWD has sealed the bungalow after taking out the belongings of Delhi CM Atishi.

Actually, Arvind Kejriwal previously lived in this bungalow. After resigning from the post of Delhi CM, he vacated this bungalow. Now as per the rules, the key of the bungalow should have been handed over to the PWD department but what happened is that the key was handed over to an employee and then taken back. After that, the belongings of the new Chief Minister Atishi were shifted into it. Now PWD says that the officials may have to make a list of the things inside the bungalow. Therefore, after vacating the bungalow, the department should have received the keys. Anyway, the matter of irregularities in the construction of this bungalow is also being investigated.

On the other hand, expressing his reaction in this matter, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said, Arvind Kejriwal’s ‘corrupt Sheesh Mahal’ has finally been sealed. What secrets are hidden in that bungalow that the Aam Aadmi Party is trying to force the Chief Minister into that bungalow without handing over the keys to the concerned department? Kejriwal made a good play by carrying his luggage in two small loaders. Everyone knows that the bungalow is still in the possession of Kejriwal. The way Kejriwal tried to allot the bungalow to Atishi was unconstitutional.
