Corporation Councilor Pankaj Luthra says that ‘now no child will be looted in our area because it causes many big accidents and many children are unable to buy kites, then they will also be given kites so that all can celebrate this festival with joy’. Pankaj Luthra also says that the children who are being distributed kites are being signed before the resolution letter, in which it is written that they will not use Chinese Manj. Corporation councilor says that this time no child of Shahdara will be looted and will not be a victim of any accident.
