Delhi Government Approved School Fees Act: School fees will not be able to take school in Delhi, Cabinet approval to school fees act, private schools in Delhi will not be ablem

New Delhi. The wishes of schools in Delhi are now going to be controlled. Private schools will not be able to charge a hefty amount from parents in the name of fees arbitrarily. The BJP government of Delhi has approved the School Fees Act. This decision was stamped in a cabinet meeting chaired by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. Earlier, the Education Minister of Delhi Government Ashish Sood had clearly stated that there are temples of school learning and the government will not tolerate marketization in the field of education. This decision of the Delhi government will be relieved for many parents.

CM Rekha Gupta said, I am very happy to tell you that the Delhi government has taken a historic and adventure and the cabinet has passed the draft bill. A complete guideline for fees, for all 1677 schools in Delhi, whether it is assisted, non -aid or all types of schools, will be fixed for fees. For the first time in history, a bill is being prepared by the Delhi government which is completely flawless. Although it is being told that this agenda was not in the cabinet meeting, but Minister Ashish Sood introduced it as table agenda and everyone approved it.

The issue of increasing fees of private schools in Delhi has been arising for a long time. Many parents have raised their voice against it. Let me tell you that a survey report came this month in which it was said that in three years, many private schools across the country have increased the fees of about 50 to 80 percent. This survey was conducted by an organization named Local Circles. According to this, most private schools are increasing the fees of 10 to 15 percent every year. People have made education a profitable business. There are many private schools which are charging many such charges from parents which were never taken before. Building maintenance fees in extra charges, technology fees in the name of digital learning, similarly all other types of maintenance fees are also being recovered from parents.
