FIR against Rahul Gandhi
Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has been accused of scuffling with MPs in the Parliament complex on Thursday. Two BJP MPs Pratap Chandra Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput have been injured in this incident. Both the MPs have been admitted to the hospital. After this incident, BJP leaders had filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament police station. Now Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Rahul Gandhi on the basis of the complaint.

According to the information, Delhi Police will not file a case against Rahul Gandhi under Section 109 of the Indian Penal Code for attempt to murder. FIR is being registered against Rahul Gandhi under section 117,125, 131,3(5) of BNS. Section 117 includes charges for voluntarily causing grievous hurt, Section 125 for endangering the life or personal safety of others and Section 131 for using criminal force.
At the same time, BNS Section 3 (5) means that for a crime committed in a group, every member will be considered equally guilty whether he has directly committed the crime or not. Collective criminal act: If several people together commit a crime, all the people will be held guilty of that crime.
How is the condition of the MPs now?
MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi, who was injured in the scuffle in the Parliament complex, accused Rahul Gandhi and said – “Rahul Gandhi pushed an MP who fell on me after which I fell down. I was standing near the stairs when Rahul Gandhi came and pushed an MP who fell on me.” BJP MP Mukesh Rajput has also said that Rahul Gandhi had pushed him. RML Hospital official Sanjay Shukla has said – “Two MPs had come to our place. Both had head injuries and their BP was high. Pratap Sarangi is old. This injury is not good for him at his age.”
What did Rahul Gandhi say?
Rahul Gandhi has also issued a clarification on the allegations against him. Rahul Gandhi said – “All the MPs were peacefully going to the Parliament House from near the statue of Ambedkar ji. The BJP MPs were standing there with sticks and placards and were not allowing us to go inside. After this, all this was done to divert attention. Modi ji is selling the country to Adani ji but BJP does not want to discuss it, hence today’s incident is being made an issue by BJP. Rahul Gandhi said that there has been no pushback in the Parliament.
