Customer delivery agent assaulting
Bengaluru: The Zepto delivery agent in Bengaluru, Karnataka beat a customer so much that his head was broken. The incident took place in Basaveshwarnagar on Wednesday, where delivery agent Vishnuvardhan beat up 30 -year -old businessman Shashank S and escaped after committing the crime.
According to the information, when the Zapto delivery agent arrived, Shashank’s sister -in -law tried to take the order, but the two started debating due to disturbances in the delivery address. After this, Shashank intervened and the dispute increased further.
Shashank’s head has serious injuries
According to Shashank, Vishnuvardhana misbehaved with him orally and then attacked him. The agent punched his face and head repeatedly before fleeing from the scene. Shashank alleged that his skull was fractured after the attack. Shashank has alleged that he later took medical treatment and found out the fracture in the skull. He said that if the injury does not improve within a week, doctors have not ruled out the possibility of surgery.
Zepto’s statement
At the same time, in a brief statement, Zepto accepted the case and said, “We are sorry for any inconvenience. Professional conduct is important for us, we will ensure that it is noted.”
Police registered a case
The police have registered a case against the accused under Section 115 (voluntarily hurt), 126 (incorrectly stopping), 351 (criminal intimidation) and 352 (deliberately insulting peace) against the accused. Investigation is going on. The video of the Zepto agent is going viral on social media.
