New Delhi. Cold wave has affected life in the capital Delhi with severe cold. Visibility has reduced to less than 20 meters in Delhi and NCR due to dense fog. Its impact is also visible on road traffic, air services and railways. Due to fog, vehicles are seen crawling on the roads. Not only Delhi, but most of the states of North India are facing severe cold and dense fog. The meteorological department has issued an alert in many states. Due to fog, many trains running from Delhi are running late by hours.
