New Delhi. Cold wave has affected life in the capital Delhi with severe cold. Visibility has reduced to less than 20 meters in Delhi and NCR due to dense fog. Its impact is also visible on road traffic, air services and railways. Due to fog, vehicles are seen crawling on the roads. Not only Delhi, but most of the states of North India are facing severe cold and dense fog. The meteorological department has issued an alert in many states. Due to fog, many trains running from Delhi are running late by hours.

Train No. 15743 (Farakka Express): 137 minutes
Train No. 15658 (Brahmaputra Express): 193 minutes
Train No. 12397 (Mahabodhi Express): 228 minutes
Train No. 12555 (Gorakhdham Express): 173 minutes
Train No. 12451 (Shramshakti Express): 162 minutes
Train No. 12275 (Humsafar Express): 169 minutes

According to the Meteorological Department, cold and fog may show their effect in the coming days also.
