New Delhi. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has directed the aviation companies to investigate all the aircraft, especially the engine fuel switch system of Boeing 787, 737. The DGCA has said that fuel fuel switch locking system should be completed by 21 July. According to a preliminary report by AAIB, the aircraft related to the investigation of Air India’s Boeing aircraft accident in Ahmedabad, the accident occurred due to the closure of the fuel switch of both the engine of the aircraft. In view of this, the DGCA has asked the air line companies for a precautionary security investigation.

Initial investigation report by the aircraft accident investigation (AAIB) has also revealed some confusion between the pilot and the pilot over the shutdown of the fuel cutoff switch. After the release of this report related to the Air India aircraft accident, various questions started arising. However, Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu had reacted the matter, saying that India is the best pilot in the world. Along with this, he appealed to the people not to reach any conclusion on the basis of initial investigation. In technical cases, the conclusion should be concluded only after the investigation is completed.
Air India CEO Campbell Wilson also reiterated the talk of Union Minister Naidu today, saying that the final report does not come out of any kind. He also said that flight number AI171 had no mechanical defect nor any maintenance problem in the aircraft. Let us tell you that after the Ahmedabad aircraft accident, the DGCA had instructed the companies operating Boeing to conduct security checks.
