Talking about the resignation from the cabinet, BJP state president Dilip Kumar Jaiswal said, the Bharatiya Janata Party follows the principle of ‘one person, one post’. Under this principle of the party, I am resigning from the post of Revenue Minister today. When asked questions by journalists about the cabinet expansion, Dilip Kumar Jaiswal said, “This special right is with the Hon’ble Chief Minister, he will decide on it.” I have seen the news of cabinet expansion on TV, I cannot say anything about it. We have a meeting right now and we will meet Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary.

By the way, since Dilip Kumar Jaiswal was made the state president of the BJP, there was speculation that he would resign from the post of minister. On the other hand, there is talk of giving ministers to MLAs Naval Kishore Yadav, Anil Sharma and Jeevesh Kumar in the Nitish Kumar government. There is also speculation to include Kavita Devi in the Nitish cabinet. It is possible that additional departments should be taken from ministers who have more than one department and new ministers should be entrusted with the responsibility of those departments.
