DM Savin Bansal, taking strict action against the land mafia, has said that the possession of the property of the citizens will not be tolerated. He fixed the responsibility of the revenue department and the police in cases related to land and property dispute and said that strict action should be taken.
Heard public problems in public hearing
In the public hearing on Monday, Pushpa Devi, a resident of Nathanpur, lodged a complaint of assault on the ancestral property, and the District Magistrate immediately summoned the report. He updated the orders passed earlier in the case and ordered the Tehsildar as well as the police station head Nehru Colony to get the woman quickly.
Instructions given immediate solution
Similarly, Satpal Singh, a resident of Doiwala, also accused the land mafia of occupying his land. He said that his suit is also moving in the ACGM court and is trying to prolong the land mafia suit. District Magistrate Bansal expected the Secretary District Legal Services Authority to dispose of the case as soon as possible.
Public hearing lasted for 4 hours
Explain that a total of 174 complaints were received in the District Magistrate Jansunwai and the hearing was held for 4 hours for their disposal. During this time, most of them were disposed of on the spot. Chief Development Officer Abhinav Shah, Superintendent of Police Mukesh Thakur, Additional District Magistrate KK Mishra, Joint Magistrate Anamika, Deputy Collector Kumkum Joshi etc. were present on the occasion.
