Earthquake tremors in Odisha and Jharkhand

The effect of the earthquake was inside the sea, due to which its effect on the ground surface was less seen. According to the information, the intensity of the earthquake is stated to be 5.1. There is no information about any kind of loss of life from the earthquake, but people ran out of the houses due to the panic of the earthquake. There is an atmosphere of fear among the people living on the sea shore by the earthquake coming inside the sea. In Kolkata too, there was a strong tremor of earthquake, but the earthquake was felt for a few moments.
Earthquake tremors felt in these districts of Odisha
The tremors of the earthquake were especially felt in Odisha’s capital Bhubaneswar, Puri, Paradip, Baripada, Sambalpur, Anugul, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur and Baleshwar. The intensity of the earthquake on the Richter scale is measured 5.1. The center of the earthquake is reported in the Bay of Bengal. It is being said that the tremors of earthquake were felt in many parts of Bangladesh including India this morning. The earthquake in Odisha is said to be 286 km from Puri and 394 km from Barhampur.
Earthquake tremors in Jharkhand too
Earthquake tremors were felt at 6 am in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. However, the record of the intensity of the earthquake here has not been revealed yet nor has the news of any kind of damage from this earthquake yet. People came out of their homes as soon as the earthquake was felt. The IMD official said that the center latitude of the earthquake was felt on 19.52 north and 88.55 Eastern longitude.
