Earthquake tremors were felt for the third time in the Andaman Sea

The third earthquake occurred on Monday in the Andaman Sea. According to the National Center for Sisamology (NCS), a 4.7 magnitude earthquake occurred at around 12.06 pm today. Bhaochable activity also occurred at a depth of 10 km, which was similar to the last two earthquakes in the same day.

The second earthquake of 4.6 magnitude occurred on the Richter scale in Andaman Sea today, while the first earthquake occurred at 10:09 am. According to the National Center for Sismology (NCS), the Andaman Sagar had a 4.7 magnitude earthquake this morning. According to NCS, the earthquake came at a depth of 10 km at 10:09 am.

According to the National Center for Sisamology (NCS), on 25 June, the Richter scale occurred on the Richter scale in the Andaman Sea. According to the NCS, the earthquake came at a depth of 20 km at 01:43 am, with a center located at 9.46 degrees north latitude and 94.07 degrees east longitude.

The Andaman Sea and Andaman and Nicobar Islands fall in the seismic region V, the most risky area in India. According to the Ministry of Earth Sciences, the Alpine-Himalayan seismic belt, which extends to the Andaman-Nicobar Island area, is considered one of the world’s seismicly active belts.
