Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav’s troubles are increasing. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has called Elvish Yadav for questioning at the Lucknow office. Let us tell you that the ED is questioning Elvish in a money laundering case related to the suspected use of snake venom for intoxication in his parties and financial transactions related to it. About a month ago also Elvish was called for questioning.
ED is investigating against Elvish Yadav
The ED had registered a case against YouTuber Elvish Yadav in May. The ED had filed charges under PMLA after taking cognizance of a case and charge sheet filed by the police in Noida district of Uttar Pradesh against Elvish Yadav and related persons. The ED had also questioned Haryana singer Rahul Yadav alias Rahul Fazilpuria in connection with the case. Rahul is allegedly linked to Elvish Yadav.
Allegations of use of snake venom
The ED is investigating Elvish Yadav for using illegal money and proceeds from crime to organize parties for drug or intoxication. Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on March 17. Elvish Yadav is accused of using snake venom for intoxication in the parties organized by him.
Police had filed a charge sheet
Noida police had filed a 1,200-page chargesheet in the case in April. Police had said that the charges leveled in it include smuggling of snakes, use of drugs and organizing rave parties. (Input: Bhasha)
