Encounter in Jharkhand: Maoist piles of five lakhs; A partner arrested

A member of the Communist Party of India (CPI-Maoist) banned in an encounter with security forces on Monday in Latehar district of Jharkhand was killed. A reward of five lakh rupees was declared on it. A senior police officer gave this information.

The official said another Maoist was also arrested during the campaign. He said that there was an encounter between security forces and Maoists in the forest of Dauna in Mahuadand police station area on Sunday night.

Palamu’s Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) YS Ramesh told ‘PTI-Bhasha’, “Manish Yadav, a prize motherist Manish Yadav, was killed in an encounter with security forces. Another Maoist Kundan Kherwar was arrested. ”

Two days before this, two Naxalites including Pappu Lohra, the top leader of the ‘Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad’ (JJMP), were killed in an encounter with security forces in Latehar district of Jharkhand on Saturday morning. A reward of Rs 10 lakh was declared on Pappu.
