The incidents of cheating people in the name of sending them abroad have increased. Many such cases are seen in which lakhs of rupees are taken by the agents and then they run away with the money. Even if they give visa passport then it is fake. Many times, after reaching the airport, the traveler finds out that he has been given a fake visa. A similar case has come to light.
Cheated of Rs 14.7 lakh
A similar incident has come to light in Ahmedabad in which a person is being cheated in the name of sending him abroad. On Monday, a person living in Jamalpur told that he is being cheated of Rs 14 lakh in the name of sending him abroad. He told that he is 12th passed and wants to pursue further studies in Australia.
Australian student visa was promised
It has been reported that the victim and his wife were promised Australian student visa. There, a food-packing job was also promised within 25 days. Rs 14.7 lakh was taken for this. After reaching the airport, the immigration officials told him that his visa was fake.
