What is the whole incident?
An Air India Express spokesperson informed that on September 1, a passenger misbehaved with a staff member of the ground operations partner at Mumbai airport. The duty manager immediately informed CISF about the incident and the passenger was handed over to the police as per the required procedures.
Both passengers and staff are women
PTI has quoted sources as saying that a female passenger has attacked a female employee at the Air India Express counter at Mumbai airport. After this, the female passenger has been handed over to the police. This incident happened on Sunday. The source has informed that both the passenger and the employee involved in this incident at Mumbai airport were women.
