Jaipur/ New Delhi: Light rain occurred in many areas of the state amid the scorching heat in most areas of Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department said that in the last 24 hours, light rainfall was recorded somewhere in East Rajasthan. Maximum 27 mm rainfall was recorded in Jhalrapatan (Jhalawar). Western Rajasthan is in the grip of scorching heat. The highest maximum temperature here was recorded at Ganganagar (46.0 ° C), which is 3. 3 degrees above normal. At the same time, the minimum temperature in the country’s capital Delhi on Sunday was recorded at 0.4 degrees more than normal, 26.9 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, dusty winds are expected to move at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour in the border areas of Jodhpur, Bikaner division. Similarly, in Bikaner and Sriganganagar districts, the maximum temperature is 45-46 degrees Celsius by May 20 and the heat running somewhere and the maximum temperature in most parts is estimated to be 42-44 degrees Celsius. Light rain may occur in some places in the northern parts of the state on 19 and 20 May.

Clouds will remain in Delhi

The national capital Delhi on Sunday recorded a minimum temperature of 0.4 degrees more than normal 26.9 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department gave this information. The IMD has forecast the day partially cloudy and thunderstorms. The Meteorological Department has predicted the maximum temperature in the capital around 41 degrees Celsius.

Relative humidity was recorded at 62 percent at 8.30 am. According to IMD, about one millimeter of rain was recorded between 8 am on Saturday to the same time on Sunday. The Meteorological Department said that many areas including Central Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Maharani Bagh and Mayur Vihar received rain. According to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 9 am on Sunday, which falls in the ‘medium’ category. (Language)
