What needs to be done to get Ayushman Bharat card made?
To get Ayushman Bharat card made, the applicant should have ration card for family identification and Aadhar card for personal identification. To get the card made, you will have to go to your nearest Vasudha Center i.e. Common Service Center. Apart from this, you can also contact the digital counters of district and sub-divisional hospitals after 2:00 pm.
