FIR on AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal
Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal is not taking its name. After the bad defeat in the election, now Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Kejriwal and others. This FIR has been lodged on a complaint of alleged violation of the Public Property Act. Delhi Police has filed a compliance report in the Rouz Avenue Court and has said that an FIR has been registered.
Next hearing on 18 April
The date of hearing in the FIR case filed by Delhi Police on the complaint lodged against the Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and others on the alleged violation of the Public Property Act has also come to light. The next hearing in the court in this case has been scheduled on 18 April.
What is this whole matter?
Actually, this whole matter is about 5 years old. In 2019, there was a demand to register an FIR against former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others for allegedly misuse public funds by putting up large hoardings in Dwarka. Now Delhi Police has registered an FIR in this case and has also informed the court about this.
