There has been news of fire in Tirupati temple. According to the information, the fire broke out near the laddu counter. Due to which there was chaos among the devotees taking the sacred prasad. The cause of the incident is said to be a short circuit in the UPS connected to the computer setup. The administration is busy extinguishing the fire in the temple. The fire brigade team has reached the spot and is trying to extinguish the fire.
Another terrible accident happened just a few days ago
Let us tell you that a terrible accident had happened in Tirupati temple a few days ago on 8th January. When there was a stampede near Vaikuntha Dwar Darshan Ticket Center in Tirupati. Six people lost their lives and many others were injured in this incident. More than 4,000 devotees had to face problems in the stampede. These devotees were competing to get a token for the 10-day special darshan in Tirupati. After this accident, the temple administration is taking great precautions. High alert has been declared around the temple. Yet after that incident, today again another tragic incident has become a matter of very serious concern.
Announcement of compensation of Rs 25 lakh to the families of the deceased
Expressing his deep concern over the accident that occurred on January 8, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu ordered relief measures for the injured. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also expressed his condolences towards the families of the victims. Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu announced a compensation of Rs 25 lakh each to the families of the deceased and a job to the kin. Apart from this, orders were also given to conduct a judicial inquiry into that terrible accident. In response to the accident, several officers were suspended and transferred.
