Air India Express’s flight from Pune to Delhi faced a delay of 7 hours. People traveling from this flight (ix-1144) from Pune to Delhi have faced a lot of trouble. Due to this, more than 100 passengers had to be trapped at Pune Airport.
It was about to fly from Pune at 1.05 am on Friday morning
Let us tell you that it has been informed by the officials that the flight was about to fly from Pune at 1.05 am on Friday and was about to reach Delhi at 3.25 am. But after the delay, the flight left at 8.35 am and reached Delhi at around 10.30 am. Passengers say they did not get any assistance from the airport.
Operations were delayed due to reasons. At first no one was giving information about it. Some ground staff said that there is a technical problem. But no accurate information was being given by anyone, there was chaos all around. Passengers get nervous due to lack of correct information.
