New Delhi. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs held a press conference regarding the recent developments with Pakistan. Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal not only clarified the attitude of India but also expressed his intentions to Pakistan as well as America. Jaiswal said in two words, India will not accept anyone’s mediation on the issue of Kashmir. The issue should be resolved bilaterally by India and Pakistan. This has been the policy of India and there is no change. He further said, Pakistan will have to vacate PoK.

Randhir Jaiswal said that as you know, the pending case is to vacate the Indian territory illegally occupied by Pakistan, so now PoK will be discussed.

Whenever terrorist incidents happen, India will give a befitting reply

Randhir Jaiswal said, as far as terrorist incidents are concerned, we have said at the leadership level that terrorism across the border is a serious issue. Our attitude is of zero tolerance on this. Whenever such incidents happen, we will give a befitting reply in a firm and decisive manner. As long as Pakistan supports terrorism, India will not give Indus water.

America’s claim was denied

Randhir Jaiswal denied the US claim that it was said that if India did not agree to implement ceasefire with Pakistan, it would affect trade with America. Jaiswal said that on May 7, the military situation was discussed between Indian and American leaders, from the onset of Operation Sindoor, on May 10, firing on firing and military action. However, in any of these discussions, the issue of trade between India and America did not arise.
