Meanwhile, Sambhal DM Rajendra Pensia says, we have appointed 30 magistrates to investigate this case and along with this we are also holding peace committee meetings. We have spoken to the heads of all the mosques and after the peace committee meeting they will also issue a statement on social media. DM said, for the Friday prayers to be held tomorrow i.e. Friday, three layer security arrangements will be made on the same side. Like last Friday, this time too it is the responsibility of the administration to offer namaz peacefully. He said that we are alert and the situation is sensitive but everything is under control.

The DM said, the heads of the mosque are requested to make arrangements in the same manner as has been happening before. There should not be a large crowd gathering in Jama Masjid for Friday prayers and people should offer namaz in the mosques of their area. Let us tell you that after the violence in Sambhal, tomorrow is the second Friday for which the police and administration are making tight arrangements. The Hindu side has claimed Shri Harihar Temple on Sambhal’s Jama Masjid and has filed a petition in the court. During the hearing of the petition, the court had ordered a survey of the mosque, after which violence broke out.
