Frauds captured the land of Congress leader Digvijay Singh! Complaint filed, investigation starts - India tv hindi

Ayodhya: Digvijay Singh, a senior leader of the Congress and known as Diggi Raja, has increased the difficulties! In fact, in Ambedkaranagar district of Uttar Pradesh, fraudsters captured a land of senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh and allegedly sold it. An official said on Sunday that the case is being investigated. According to the official, Anil Yadav, who took care of Digvijay’s land, lodged a complaint with the District Magistrate, Deputy District Magistrate and the police on Friday. Yadav said that when illegal construction started on the land, he came to know about the case.

Plot number 1335 registered after Digvijay Singh

According to the official, 0.152 hectare plot (plot number 1335) is recorded in the name of Digvijay in Ram Nagar Mahuwar village of Alapur tehsil of Ambedkarnagar district. He said that earlier this land was registered after Digvijay’s mother Aparna Kumari, but after her death on 18 February 1986, Digvijay applied for heritage and then on 18 May 2024 the land was registered after her name.

There was an uproar when construction started on land on Friday

Yadav told the Tehsil administration and police that Ram Harak Chauhan, a resident of Kewatla village of Alapur tehsil, transferred the land to retired Additional Superintendent of Police Jiyalal and Ram Nagar Mahuwar village Rajbahadur and Mangli in 1989. The family members of the buyers started construction on the ground on Friday, after which Yadav lodged a complaint.

Tehsil administration stopped construction work

Officials said that the tehsil administration has stopped construction work and the investigation of land records has been started. An official of Alapur tehsil confirmed that the land is still officially registered in the name of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh. He said that construction work on the land has been stopped and the Tehsil administration is investigating the matter. (Language)
