On Tuesday, all Indian citizens in Tehran were requested to immediately contact the Indian Embassy and provide their location and contact numbers. Also, phone numbers were also released.
The Indian mission has advised all Indian citizens and people of Indian origin who can go out of Tehran with their resources to a safe place outside the city.
The Indian Embassy in Tehran said in a post on X, “All Indian citizens who are in Tehran and are not in contact with the embassy are requested to immediately contact the Indian Embassy in Tehran and provide their location and contact number. This post has come at a time when the conflict between Israel and Iran has intensified and attacks from both sides are going on on the fifth day.
