New Delhi. India has taken a big action on the Global Times, which is considered to be the mouthpiece of the Chinese government. The Modi government has blocked the social media X account of the Global Times in India. In fact, the Global Times had published many misleading chicks over India’s tension and operation vermilion with Pakistan. Apart from this, Global Times often makes false news against India, after which the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of India took this action. Earlier, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs has also responded to China for changing the name of some parts of Arunachal Pradesh.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal has said that changing the name will not change the truth that Arunachal Pradesh was an integral part of India, and will always be. He issued a statement saying that China is continuing its wasteful efforts to change the names of many places in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. According to our theoretical attitude, we completely reject such Chinese efforts. Let us tell you that China keeps claiming Arunachal Pradesh. China says that Arunachal Pradesh is part of Southern Tibet. There has also been a sharp clash between the soldiers of India and China on the Arunachal border.

China calls Arunachal Pradesh a Janganan. Earlier in 2024, China did a similar act. He had changed the name of many places in Arunachal Pradesh and also released a list of 30 new names. However, even then India responded to China in two words. After this, there was a lot of tussle in relations between China and India, although there was a agreement between the two countries to patrol soldiers on the border, in which both countries agreed to restore the situation before 2020.
