Now Indian passport holders will not need a visa to visit the Philippines, but this facility has been implemented with certain conditions. The Embassy of the Philippines has confirmed the new visa-free policy.
14 days free visa facility for tourism purpose
Indian citizens can get visa free entry for 14 days in the Philippines for tourism purpose.
This facility will be valid only for tourism.
It will not be allowed to stop for more than 14 days, and
This visa will not be converted into any other category.
Passengers will be allowed to enter from all the large airports, sea ports and cruise terminals of the Philippines.

Travel should be only for tourism purpose
The validity of the passport should be 6 months ahead of the stoppage period
Any certificate related to hotel booking or living system
Return ticket or further travel ticket
Evidence of adequate funds (eg bank statement)
If you have a visa from these countries, then you can get visa-free facility for 30 days
Indian citizens who have a valid visa or Permanent Residency permit of either of the following countries can allow visa-free entry for 30 days:
