New Delhi. Prior to the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025, Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal has made serious allegations against the BJP government of Haryana on Monday. Kejriwal said that poison is being added to the water of Yamuna coming from Haryana to Delhi. He said, “The country has not seen such dirty politics till date. If the people of Delhi are not voting for the BJP, will you kill them by giving them poison? ”
Allegations of poison in water
Kejriwal said that the level of ammonia in the water coming from Haryana is so high that Delhi’s water treatment plants cannot clean it. He called it a conspiracy to “mass massacre”. He said that the engineers of the Jal Board worked to stop the water on the border, due to which this poisonous water could not enter Delhi.

Haryana CM retaliation
Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini retaliated, dismissing Kejriwal’s allegations. He said, “It is Arvind Kejriwal’s habit to accuse and run away. We have checked the quality of water in Sonepat. There is no problem in water supply, but it is a lack of their distribution system. The people of Delhi will teach them a lesson. ”
Election Commission action
The Chief Ministers of Delhi and Punjab complained to the Election Commission on the matter. He alleged that the high level of ammonia had an adverse effect on the water supply during the election process. The Election Commission has directed the Haryana government to submit a factual report.
