Doctors said that a nine-year-old girl found dead in Dayalpur area of North-East Delhi was not having a pulse or heartbeat.
They found that his clothes were soaked in blood and there was a lot of bleeding from his genitals. The victim was first taken to Dr. Alina Nursing Home by family members, after which she was referred for a high level medical facility.
Dr. Alina Saifi, who investigated the girl, said, “At around 8:15 pm, some people brought the girl to our nursing home. Her pulse and heartbeat were closed. We checked her for about one to one and a half minutes and found that there was no other marks of injury to her body. We immediately referred her to the higher center.”
Dr. Sirajuddin Saifi said, “At around 8:15 pm, the people of the area brought the girl to our nursing home. She was not reacting at all. I asked the female doctor of my hospital to examine her. The doctor saw blood stains on the girl’s clothes. Then we referred her for high medical facilities.”
Police said that on reaching the spot, the police team came to know that a minor girl was taken to her father JPC Hospital in a state of unconsciousness, where she was declared dead.
Earlier, the police had said that sexual harassment with a minor girl was reported at Dayalpur police station on June 7 at 8:41 pm.
Police said that prima facing the doctors of the hospital have seen bruises on his face and accused of sexual harassment. He informed that teams of crime and forensic science laboratory (FSL) are currently inspecting the scene.
Police said that a case has been registered under Section 103 (1), 66, 13 (2) of the Indian Code (BNS) under the Poxo Act. According to the police, teams have been deployed to raise clues and arrest the accused as soon as possible.
