The Meteorological Department had already said that a low pressure area will form in the Bay of Bengal every week in the month of September. This will create cyclone like situations. This prediction of the weather department has been accurate. The weather department has also predicted that there will be severe cold this year. Earlier, everyone has seen the meteorological department’s warning about severe heat this year turning into reality. The reason for all this is the effect of La Nina. In which along with the land, the surface of the sea also becomes hot. Earlier the effect of El Nino was being seen. In which the temperature of the sea surface is lower than that of the land. For this reason, there was less rainfall till 2023.
