Since Tuesday morning, areas like ITO, Dhaula Kuan, Naraina, Patel Nagar, Vijay Chowk, Jungpura and Rohini of Delhi are receiving heavy rains. Traffic has been disrupted in many areas due to heavy rains in the morning busy time.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi recorded eight mm of rain in the last 24 -hour period till 8:30 am on Tuesday morning. He reported that Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 26.8 degrees Celsius, which is 0.5 degrees below the weather average. Apart from this, IMD has estimated moderate rains and cloudy. Today’s maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be around 30 degrees Celsius. Relative humidity was recorded at 70 percent at 8.30 am.
Apart from this, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 9 am which falls into a satisfactory category. According to CPCB, AQI is considered to be ‘good’ between minus 50, ‘satisfactory’ between 51 and 100, ‘medium’ between 101 and 200, ‘bad’ between 201 and 300, ‘very bad’ between 301 and 400 and ‘severe’ between 401 and 4000.
