New Delhi. A helicopter crashed near Ganganani in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. In this accident, 5 people aboard helicopter were killed while 2 others were seriously injured. The private company Aerotrans helicopter took off from Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun to Gangotri Dham. Disaster management teams, police, army and local people are also present at the scene. The injured have been rushed to the hospital. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed his condolences to the incident and has ordered an inquiry into how the accident happened.
However, it is not yet clear what was the cause of the accident? Some people say that there was a fourth crash due to technical fault. At the same time, it is also feared that bad weather may also be a reason for the accident. But the question about this is that if the weather was bad then under which circumstances the helicopter was allowed to fly. Explain that Uttarakhand also has a helicopter facility for Chardham Yatra. Every year many passengers travel Chardham via helicopter.
