A helicopter crashed on the Kedarnath road in Uttarakhand this morning, in which seven people have died. The reason for the crashes of the helicopter is said to be bad weather. District Disaster Management Officer of Rudraprayag Nandan Singh Rajwar told ‘PTI-Bhasha’ that the accident occurred over the forests of Gaurikund. Pilot and an infant are also among those who died in this accident.
The accident took place in the Gaurikund area on Sunday morning. The helicopter crashed is of Aryan Company. The incident is reported to be at 5.30 am. The reason for the crashes of the helicopter is said to be bad weather.
Helicopter nodal officer Rahul Choubey and District Disaster Management Officer Nandan Singh Rajwar have confirmed the crashes of the helicopter. Women of Nepali origin cutting grass over Gaurikund reported the helicopter crash.
