Bengaluru: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said on Wednesday that more than 325 Naxalites have been killed in the state in the last one and a half months and more than 2,000 have either been arrested or have surrendered. The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh came here for a meeting of investors. Sai claimed, “Such an image has been created that the entire Chhattisgarh is suffering from Naxalism, which is not true.” A small area of Chhattisgarh, which is Bastar, suffers from the problem of Naxalism and the rest of the state is free from this problem.
Sai told reporters, “Our one -year -old government and our security forces are bravely fighting against the Naxal problem and we believe that more than 325 Naxalites have been killed in just one and a half months and more than 2,000 Naxalites have either been arrested or have been arrested.”
The Chief Minister said that the state has prepared a favorable rehabilitation package for surrenders. He said that in addition, a scheme named ‘Your Sundar Village’ has also been launched in Naxal -affected areas, under which about 38 security camps have been opened there. Sai said that the benefit of this scheme is being given to more than 100 villages. He also said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah has resolved to end the Naxal problem by 31 March 2026.
Sai assured investors round the clock support
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai assured investors in Bengaluru that he would be available round the clock to listen to and help their concerns. Emphasizing investment during the ‘Chhattisgarh Investor Connect’ program held here, Sai apprised the business community in Bengaluru about the availability of minerals and natural resources in the state. He also highlighted the investor-friendly industrial policy, which is designed to ensure access to business. The Chief Minister said, “I invite you to invest in the development engine of the country. We are welcoming you on red-black. Our team is making tireless efforts to make the state an investment destination. ”
He said, “A team is always ready to welcome you to the state and help you establish your venture. As the Chief Minister of the state, I will be with you. Whenever you need my help, I am ready to listen to you round the clock.” The Government of Chhattisgarh also signed an agreement with the National Association of Services and Service Companies (NASSCOM), India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) and Technologist Investors and Entrepreneurs (TIE), Bangalore to promote the development of the state and create employment opportunities.
